Type in the type of kimono you want (eg. "shiromuku") or just type "kimono".  If yoo do the later, you'll get lots of crazy stuff.

Ichiroya

This is a pretty good kimono dealer based out of Osaka, Japan.  It's a family business that was started by a heroic man who dared to leave ranks of the evil modern fasion industry to join the fight to save his own civilization!  When he quit his good-paying job because he didn't believe in it, no-one except his wife believed he could be prosprus on his own.  Now, this is one of the best, biggest kimono operations on the net.

They have a good selection and fair prices. They also have a forum for discussing kimono.  Have fun!

Join the fight for freedom!  Wear Kimono!

Kimono Narae

This is a small but good kimono operation run out of San Martinez, CA.  It's run buy a Korean lady who fell in love with kimonos and started her own kimono business on the internet.  She doesn't have the huge inventory that the big dogs have, but she carries quality stuff and her prices are good too.  I've bought several items here and am only regretful that I didn't buy more.  She's a cool friend and is honest and fairly easy to work with.  One thing she does that lots of big operations don't is she allows partail payments.  THat makes it easier for poor college students to buy expensive formal kimonos.

Yamatoku

Yamatoku offers lots of Japanese stuff online, including kimonos.  THey have a good selection and reasonable prices.

desperatelyBored 2k2 This is a site of mine.  It was built in 2002, hence the name.  THis site is is dire need of updates. but it's cool none the less.
Yasuhira.net

"Wedding Kimono Factory"  The site has some broken links, but I dug around.  THey make Iro-Uchikake and Shiromuku.  Also, they sell new and used Iro-Uchikake and Shiromuku.  I'm gonna e-mail them and see how much it costs.

Moto-Ya

I know this is out of order, but you should see some of the stuff thay call art these days!  THis site is another kimono site and they're cool.  They have a good selection of obi.

I like kimonos!
Kimono Fraise
